Terms of use
By using the Rentmin app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Rentmin.
What Rentmin is
Rentmin helps people find and list partitions, bedspaces, studios, and apartments in the UAE for daily, weekly, or monthly stays. We are a marketplace. We are not the landlord, hotel, or party to the stay unless we say so in writing.
Accounts
You must give accurate details. Sign-in uses an email code. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are false, abusive, or used to scam others.
Guests
A booking request is not a confirmed stay until the landlord approves it. Pay according to what the listing and landlord agree. Cancel according to the in-app policy shown at checkout. Treat the property and other occupants with respect.
Landlords
You must have the right to list the space. Photos and prices must be honest. You handle keys, deposits, and house rules. Rentmin may hide or remove listings that are misleading or illegal.
Fees
Any service fee shown in the app is part of the stay total. Rentmin does not take payment in-app today; you settle with the landlord unless we add payments later and tell you.
Content
You keep rights to photos and text you upload. You give Rentmin a licence to show them in the app and on rentmin.com so listings can be discovered.
Liability
Stays, disputes, damage, and safety are between guest and landlord. Rentmin is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost bookings, listing downtime, or issues at the property, except where UAE law says we cannot exclude that.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Contact notify@notify.rentmin.com.
